THE INSTRUMENTS OF HOPE

The Violins of Hope are witnesses to the victims  of the Shoah they are today the echo of their voices.

The Kas contain so much of the history of the Black slaves of the Caribbean that they are inseparable from our history and our culture. For some, they have taken on a spiritual dimension.

It is a world first. Two resilient instruments that have played a major role with populations who have  oppressed and victims of crimes against humanity will be reunited.

Memory and hope will be celebrated in a unique way. We will have the immense privilege of hearing the tales of the violins of the Shoah for the first time in the Caribbean. They will be joined by Guadeloupe percussions on the rhythms of Gwoka.

Join this celebration!
